Never thought I’d ever miss anything Microsoft made but I freaking miss my Windows XP Home Edition. “Why?” you ask? Vista is the worst Operating System Microsoft has ever made. It crashes more than Windows 98, you can’t change the file attributes in the Program Files folders, it doesn’t like certain programs and will crash when you try to use them forcing you to use other programs that suck-diddly-uck, and everything is moved around I can’t find crap. Oh sure, it’s splendiferously beautiful, all shiney and transparent…how proud they must be. I’ll have to utter those words next time it decides that Firefox needs to close for unknown reasons.
So, if you haven’t guess already…new PC. The old one was getting ready to die. I had no choice but to take the Vista, they are no longer offering XP in manufactured units. I love everything but the damn Vista. Why did they do that?!?! Why take a completely wonderful operating system like XP, rip it apart, throw it away and throw this crap Vista OS in our faces? Ooo! My boyfriend would kill me if he read this…Vista loving maniac. Yeah, his is cool because he installed his himself…full control. Not mine, I have to do some serious reading and modding if I’m going to gte this dang thing to do what I want. *eyeroll*
